Roberto Cardona-Sievert is the founder and CEO of ACT, a company established in 1975 that has played a long-standing role in airline and tourism industry representation across Latin America.

For nearly five decades, Mr. Cardona-Sievert has been involved in the development of international aviation partnerships in the region, working with global airlines and travel industry leaders seeking to establish and grow their presence in Central and South America, and the Caribbean. Through ACT, he pioneered a representation model that provides international companies with structured local market access, commercial development support, and sustained regional presence.
